Immerse yourself in the magical cloud forest and experience a world full of biodiversity.
Look at the top of the huge trees where over 500 bird species live, a sanctuary where the main stars are the majestic quetzal and the three-wattle bellbird. Besides, admire more than 3000 plants 500 of them are orchids, 120 species of reptiles and amphibians, and with a little luck one of the 130 mammals.
During this tour you will visit Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve. In the company of an expert guide you will take a 2-4 hour hike through the cloud forest, walking on trails and admiring (as well learning all about) the splendidly diverse flora and fauna.

Is there a better time to do this tour?
The tour is scheduled to go twice a day. At 7:00am and 1:00pm. These are the best times to go, actually.
What if it rains?
Unless there is a storm and/or strong winds the tour can be made with a water proof jacket. The amazing forest will be there, although wildlife might be a bit more elusive.
Not recommended for pregnancy, persons with heart and bone disease, and any other physical suffering.
