The place is absolutely stunning! All of it! Wherever you step! In the National Park as much as in the hotels up on the hill.

Although Manuel Antonio National Park is Costa Rica’s tiniest national park, the variety of wildlife in its 3 sq mi (6.83 km2) is unrivaled with 109 species of mammals and 184 species of birds. You see it in the park.. yes, but monkeys visit the breakfast buffets of several restaurants and seeing sloths on the trees by the road is pretty usual.
In the area of Manuel Antonio there are several adventure tours like rafting (Several choices from Class III to Class IV+, all of them super picturesque), ocean and mangrove kayaking, rainforest zip-lining tours, hiking, snorkeling, paragliding, etc.
There is a really wide variety of restaurants with amazing views and in all sorts of cuisine. From international to typical, passing by sea food, steak houses, sushi and tapas bars.
Manuel Antonio is always warm, rainy or not. Usually its sunny season starts in November and goes all the way to May. But in the rainy season it mainly rains a couple of hours in the afternoons or evenings.
