Irazú-Lankaster-Orosi

This full day tour combines the Irazú Volcano with a visit to the Lankaster Gardens, where an impressive variety of orchids and a colorful display of tropical plants may be appreciated. In the lush green valley of Orosi (the site of the country's first Spanish settlement), you will have the chance to visit the colonial church and monastery built in 1742 and the ruins of Ujarrás, the second church to be built in Costa Rica. Lunch may be included upon request.
