Pacuare River White water Rafting
This river has been officially declared a Wild and Scenic River, and offers some of the finest white water in Latin America, winding deep inside of one of Costa Rica’s most impressive primordial rainforests. You will traverse 20 miles of remote and scenic waters that course through a wilderness of dense vegetation covering the sides of steep gorges that rise above the riverbanks. The thick undergrowth provides shelter numerous species of flora and fauna.
River time is at least 4 hours, depending on the water level. A safety kayaker will accompany you.
What to bring: Shoes or sandals that can get wet and will not slip off, light jacket, bathing suit, change of dry clothes (you will get completely wet on the raft!), towel.
Includes: Roundtrip shared transportation from your hotel in San José, local guide, breakfast, lunch, and equipment (helmets, paddles).

Restrictions (weight, age height): Children under 12 years old are not accepted. Good physical condition is required.
