Aerial Tram
The Aerial Tram is a unique ecotourism and research facility in the rain forest, located only 50 minutes East of San José, adjacent to Braulio Carrillo National Park. The tram will take you on a 80-minute excursion through the rain forest canopy for a unique and relaxing way to view plants and animals from treetops. This is an extraordinary opportunity to see a primary forest and its natural splendor at first hand. The open-air gondolas with canvas awnings seat 6 passengers and a naturalist guide.
What to bring: Binoculars, comfortable clothing and shoes, jacket or umbrella, repellent.
