Selvatura’s Hanging Bridges
Selvatura’s Suspension Walkways provide a tour in which all visitors can walk through the bridge system and peacefully admire the wonders of the virgin cloud forest from the level of its canopy. Selvatura’s Suspension Walkways represent the state of the art in bridge engineering and construction featuring some of the most advanced techniques of weight support and other safety measures. This tour is designed to be suitable for people of all ages.
The tour consists of 8 bridges of various lengths ranging between 150 feet (50 meters) up to 510 feet (170 meters) and altitudes ranging between 36 feet (12 meters) up to 180 feet (60 meters). The total length of the tour is about 1.8 miles (3 Kilometers). All bridges feature a 5 feet width making them not only the most comfortable bridges but also the most secure available. All our bridges can easily support up to 80 people at a time. Private guided Natural History walks are also offered through the trail and bridge system.
What to bring: Hiking shoes, long pants, jacket, rain gear, binoculars
