White water Rafting Naranjo River
A class III / IV half day challenge for more experienced paddlers. The Naranjo River drops steeply from the mountains above Quepos, through a beautiful jungle gorge and takes you on a wild ride to sea level passing nearby farmlands and palm plantations. Unlike the Savegre River Adventure, the Naranjo River Rafting Trip packs all its punches in a 7 mile ride that keeps your adrenaline level high for several hours, water levels may rise quickly in this river upping the difficulty and adrenaline levels, so rafters should be physically fit and adventurous. After an adrenaline-kicking trip, enjoy local snacks and refreshments before heading to your hotel.
Important: Available only through April to November.
What to bring: Water sandals or sturdy water shoes, a bathing suit, sunscreen, insect repellant, a towel, a change of clothes, and a hat.
Includes: Round trip transportation, bilingual guides, safety kayakers, all equipment needed, security, snacks and drinks.
Approximate tour time: 4 hours
Approximate pick up time: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Minimum pax: 2
Restrictions (weight, age height): Good physical Conditions (kids over 10 years old)
