Isla Damas Estuary Kayaking
Paddle along the protected inland waterways of the Damas Island, a perfect place to learn this magical way of exploring coastal mangrove areas and to see wildlife (particularly monkeys and birds). The entire trip is done in inland canals (no direct contact with the ocean, its tides nor waves), which has the advantage that the pace of this tour will be according to your abilities. Lunch will be served at a great seafood restaurant.
What to bring: Swimming suit, suntan lotion, sandals or water shoes that won’t slip off, hat or cap, and camera.
Includes: Roundtrip transportation from the Manuel Antonio area, guide and equipment, a great hot meal, snacks and drinks.

Restrictions (weight, age height): Children under age 10 might have to paddle in a double kayak with an adult. Relatively physically fit for paddling in an open-seat kayak for a few hours.
