Throughout the years, Camino Travel has created different choices of itineraries for all type of groups: dendrologists and other scientists, gardening and horticulture lovers, culturally sensitive people, tourists involved with the community, sportsmen/sportswomen and adventure travelers, and even groups with culinary interests!
One of the advantages that Camino offers is that we look for the guides who better adapt themselves to the group's interest to assure that during the trip you will get the best quantity and quality of information.
The planning of a group trip has to be prepared with enough anticipation; the big groups that require more than 10 rooms must consider beginning procedures from 10 to 12 months before the trip. All the process involves analyzing the group requests and desires, research facilities and activities to offer the group a first quality, original and completely tailor-made itinerary; to book more than 4 rooms simultaneously in all the hotels (this could be a real challenge during the high season, when availability is very little) and in most of the cases, finding a specialized guide to lead the group.
For these reasons, we recommend the group excursion organizers to contact us as soon as possible, so we can send them a proposal and begin negotiations soon!
Essential elements for group trip planning
- An approximate number of participants, a budget rank and general or specific interests, are very useful information to begin the quotation process and propose an itinerary. As soon as you can provide us these data, we can help you better.
- Some group excursions are conceived so that the leader travels without additional expenses. Please, send us this information, so we can provide you with an appropriate itinerary quotation. Also, inform us about the leader's room requirements: as if he or she needs a double or single room.
- Please inform us which meals must be included for the group trip: all breakfasts, all dinners, all breakfasts and dinners, the welcome dinner, the farewell dinner, the welcome cocktail, etc. The nutritional restrictions due to meal allergies, or any other, all must be informed to Camino Travel in advance so that the food suppliers can make the necessary adjustments.
- Some groups like to travel with a specialized guide. Please inform us if the Tour will be guided in a particular language - Spanish, English, French, German, or another one language - so that we can find the appropriate guide.
