Los Campesinos

Los Campesinos Reserve preserves the natural surroundings as well as traditional rural culture of the Quebrada Arroyo village.  Upon arrival at the Los Campesinos Reserve, a delicious snack will be served and you will be given an interesting introduction to the Quebrada Arroyo village, The Vainilleros Association and the Los Campesinos Reserve. Later, our excellent local guide will take you for a walk on the Mirador El Pacifico Pathway (3500 m length- 2:00 hour) while pointing out the surrounding fauna and flora, and explaining the importance of the use of native plants by local people. Then you will take the aerial tram through giant trees, to get to the Mirador El Pacifico, from where you can see panoramic views of the Rio Savegre Valley and the Manuel Antonio Coast.  After a delicious lunch, we will be walking the Poza de Olivo Pathway (600 m length- 1 hour), crossing a 40 meters high and 127 meters long suspended bridge and walking through the Los Chorros Waterfalls (40 m. height) to the Olivo Spring for a swim in the transparent natural pools!
