Costa Rican Art Museum

This museum was created in 1977 and is located in the city of San José, in La Sabana park to encourage and maintain the art and Literature in Costa Rica and to make them available and give access to the public. Almost all of the art in the museum is made up of Costa Rican art. They also have several exhibitions during the year to exhibit art from other parts of the world. It is a good cultural option, especially for those people who are staying in San José and its surroundings.
